About Mrs. Morgan

Kate Morgan teaches 1st grade at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.  Mrs. Morgan is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Overland Park, KS.  She earned a BGS degree in Human Development and Family Life from the University of Kansas and a Masters of Arts in Education from Baker University.  She joins St. Elizabeth's with several years of teaching experience in Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Kansas City/St. Joseph, where she taught first grade and fourth grade.  Mrs. Morgan and her husband moved to Edmond this past summer and are excited to become active in the St. John the Baptist parish.  When she's not teaching, Mrs. Morgan enjoys traveling, swimming at the lake, and playing with her two sons.

First Grade Saints

The first graders in Mrs. Morgan's class have been learning all about saints.  They are not only creating a book of saints, but they are learning how they are like the saints in what they say and do.

At home the first graders have been busy writing their first report about a saint.  They can't wait to share their reports with the class.  Their illustrations are amazing!  The students are very proud of their work.

We can't wait to celebrate All Saints' Day on November 1st!
