April Happenings!

Our annual Poetry Festival is fast approaching!  Students are perusing books and websites for the perfect poem!  They will recite their poetry in front of friends and families on April 26th!  This is one of the most memorable events of our year!

Our class service project is also in full gear during the month of April.  We, along with our friends in Mrs. Spurr's class, are raising money to help with the buidling of a parish activity center/storm sheleter in India.  This village is the home of Fr. Prakash Madineni, pastor at St. Teresa of Avila in Harrah.  This service project brings our Catholic School teaching of Option for the Poor and Vulnerable full circle.

Have a blessed Easter!
