Course Description
     The course is designed to challenge a student's critical thinking skills, awareness, and understanding regarding current health issues and concerns.  The student will be given the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills to real-world situations.

     The primary objective is to learn and understand principals of wellness and positive lifestyles.
