Run for Fun Committee

The Run for Fun Committee is in charge of planning and executing the Run for Fun fundraiser.  Responsibilities may include securing sponsors, entertainment, and supplies for the event.  Leading up to the event members are in charge of the kick-off, mail outs and collections. Fall Festival Committee

Fall Festival Committee is in charge of planning and organizing the Fall Fest that is attended by both school and parish families.  This committee is responsible for organizing games, trunk or treat, and food and beverage.

Trivia Night Committee

The Trivia Night Committee is responsible for planning and executing Trivia Night. Responsibilities may include securing sponsors, judges, hosts, raffle items, food and beverage.  Members will plan for the event and communicate information regarding tickets to school and parish families. 

 

Friend of St. Elizabeth's

Golf Tournament Committee

The Golf Tournament Committee is responsible for planning and executing the St. Elizabeth's Golf Tournament.  This may involve securing donations, sponsors, country club and more.  To learn more about the St. Elizabeth Golf Tournament please click here.

School Supply Committee

The School Supply Committee orders and gathers school supplies during the summer for the upcoming school year. This committee works with the school staff to distribute the supplies before school begins.

SCRIP committee

The SCRIP committee coordinates the sale of SCRIP in the parish and the school. This committee promotes the use of SCRIP and works with the school accountant.  Want to learn more about SCRIP? Click Here.

Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator organizes volunteers according to capacities in which they wish to volunteer.  She helps other committee heads/school administration, faculty and staff to recruit volunteers for events as needed.

Welcome Committee

The Welcome Committee is responsible for welcoming new families, special guests and other visitors to the school community by hosting events and supplying refreshments.  The Welcome committee assists the Hospitality Committee during special events and helps to plan and execute the family fellowship events.

Auction Committee

The Auction Committee chairs are responsible for planning and executing the school auction.  These members work with the school and church administration to ensure success.  The chair communicates information regarding the event to school and parish families. The committee is also in charge of securing sponsors, donations, food beverage, entertainment, decor and more.

Hospitality Committee

The Hospitality Committee is responsible for planning and executing social activities sponsored by the St. Elizabeth's PTO.  She is responsible for coordinating Grandparent's Day, New Parent Orientation, refreshments for Parent University, special lunches for faculty and staff.  Works alongside Welcoming committee to plan and execute 4 family fellowship events throughout the school year.
