December Newsletter

Great things are happening in Prek-3 this December! Our class is learning about the true meaning of Christmas through a four-part video series on Mary and Joseph and the Story of Christmas. We are also contributing to a classroom reverse advent calendar and are collecting food for the Samaritan House. These kids are so excited to bring their gifts of food everyday to donate. We will have help from our chums in seventh grade to take all ten of our donation boxes to the Samaritan House on our last day of school.

We are exploring all things Christmas this month. From counting cotton balls everyday to add to Santa’s beard, decorating our classroom tree and learning about the birth of Jesus, the spirit of Christmas is at the forefront of Prek-3.
