President

The President presides over all meetings and is an ex-officio member of all committees. She will coordinate the work of officers and committees of the St. Elizabeth's PTO to ensure that the purpose of the organization is met.  The president sets goals for the PTO and meets with the school administration regularly to ensure success for the PTO's agenda.

Vice President

The Vice President assists in attending to the duties of the President in her absence. The Vice President serves as the chair of the nominating committee.

Treasurer

The Treasurer receives and keeps an accurate record of all monies for the organization.  She will present a statement account at each meeting and present a proposed budget for approval. The treasurer will prepare and submit financial documents as necessary.

Secretary

The Secretary shall keep a record of each meeting of the organization and each Executive Committee meeting, and make those minutes available to the membership.

Historian

The Historian advises the executive committee, answers questions and acts as a reference to help make decisions.
