Middle School Theology


Alicia Forth joined the St. Elizabeth's staff in 2017. She taught previously in the Archdiocese and currently teaches middle school theology. Mrs. Forth earned her BS degree from Oklahoma State University and did post-graduate work at the University of Texas at Arlington. She and her husband have five children and are members of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church where she serves with the youth ministry, is a supporter of FOCUS Campus Ministry, and is a facilitator for the women's bible study. When not teaching, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, crafting, kayaking, watching her children's sports and spending time with family and friends.

Janine Hunt started at St. Elizabeth’s in 2020 but began teaching in 1989. She has an extensive education background with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Theatre from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, graduate degrees in Theatre and Education Leadership from Oklahoma State University, graduate degrees in Education and Guidance/Counseling from the University of Central Oklahoma, and is currently on the way to an Educational Leadership degree. She is a parishioner at St. John’s and has four grown children, two boys and two girls, as well as 11 grandchildren. When not teaching, Janine enjoys acting, singing, traveling, reading and writing.

Middle School Math


Mrs. McSweeney teaches Middle School Math. She began teaching in Savannah, Georgia at Notre Dame Academy, and then other schools in Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin before moving to Edmond, Oklahoma and teaching at St. Elizabeth’s. Chicago born, Mrs. McSweeney attended Elgin Community College, then completed her BA in English at Eureka College, Armstrong Atlantic State University for her teaching credentials and then the University of Phoenix for Math endorsement. She has been married to her husband since 1991, and together, they have two grown children, six nieces and nephews, and a dog. They are parishioners at St. John the Baptist. When not teaching, Mrs. McSweeney enjoys knitting, crochet, sewing, genealogy, stargazing, camping and traveling.

Middle School English


Ms. Perez teaches Middle School English. Raised in the South side of the state, Ms. Perez earned her Bachelor’s at the University of Oklahoma and her Master’s at Liberty University. Ms. Perez began teaching in 2023. She is a parishioner at St. James the Greater Catholic Church and is engaged to be married. She has one grown daughter, a brother and two sisters, and two nieces. When not teaching, she enjoys watching college football and basketball. Duke is her favorite basketball team. Ms. Perez also enjoys reading, watching true crime shows and hanging out with family and friends.
